Graceful Waves Wellness Center invites the community to Free Spine Check Day on Saturday, November 7, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
This complimentary event is an opportunity to learn more about your spine, posture, nervous system, and how they may relate to your energy, stress, comfort, and overall quality of life.
Appointments include a brief spine and posture check, a mini consultation, and an introduction to Graceful Waves’ gentle approach to spinal care.
All are welcome. No charge. Registration is required, and appointments are limited.
