Join us for a fun day of bargain hunting, treasure finding, and supporting our local community!
We’ll be putting together a map of participating garage sales throughout the local community to help shoppers find every stop. If you’re hosting a sale in Tillamook County, we’d love to include you! And it’s free to join the list! If an intrepid young entrepreneur wants to help keep people refreshed and energized by hosting a “lemonade stand”, we would love to support and flag it on the map. Just let us know by Monday, August 10th at 10am If you have The map will be available online and at our offices the afternoon of Friday, August 14th.
Cleaning out your garage but don’t want to host a sale? We’d love your donations! All proceeds from items sold at the Rob Trost Real Estate location will benefit the Netarts Community Park Fundraiser. Any items not sold will be donated to local organizations.
Bay City Community-Wide Garage Sale
Treasure hunters and bargain shoppers are invited to explore Bay City during its first Community-Wide Garage Sale, taking place Friday, August 21, through Sunday, August 23. The event coincides with the Pearl & Oyster Music Festival, giving visitors even more reasons to spend the weekend enjoying everything Bay City has to offer.
This year’s garage sale features 14 participating households, offering everything from household goods and furniture to collectibles, clothing, tools, toys, and one-of-a-kind finds. With sales spread throughout the city, shoppers can spend the morning hunting for bargains before heading to the festival to enjoy live music, local vendors, food, and community activities.
A map of participating households will be available closer to the sale, and printed maps will be available at Bay City Hall, the festival, and other community locations. A digital version of the map will also be available online and shared through the City’s social media channels.
Mark your calendar for August 21–23 and come discover great deals while experiencing all that Bay City has to offer during one of the community’s biggest weekends of the year.

Moonlight Madness returns to downtown Tillamook on Friday, July 31, 2026, from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.. This annual community event, hosted by the Tillamook Revitalization Association, transforms the downtown area—highlighting local retail businesses, 2nd Street Plaza and Flavors on First— into a high-energy, family-friendly street party.
