Conflict and tension does not begin at adulthood; the earlier children learn how to identify, communicate about, and resolve conflict, the more opportunities they will have to thrive. Tillamook Office of Mediation (TOM) and Compass Resolutions LLC have developed a collaborative, discussion-based curriculum designed to support self awareness and conflict resolution tools to set adolescents up for success. Now, we would like to offer this no-cost course to people in the community who support and work with youth.
